TRESOR was born out of my passion for bags! TRESOR is purely consignment- based, with most "treasures" from closets
of friends! TRESOR is my hobby and my so-called "therapy" for my own bag addiction! :)
Sorry, we don't have a store (this is just my hobby :). TRESOR is situated in a village in Makati but we usually meet
our clients within the vicinity depending on availability.
We are on a by- appointment basis to ensure a more personalized service! We also answer queries for our out of town clients
via email, sending them more detailed photos of items they're interested in. We do ship within the Philippines at buyer's
cost.
Brands we carry include: Hermes, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga, Chloe, Luella Bartley, Fendi, Chanel, Anya Hindmarch,
Burberry, Prada, Valentino, Coach, Nina Ricci, Emilio Pucci, Ferragamo.
Our prices for most bags (preowned but new, or preowned and used) are DEFINITELY lower than retail (except for Hermes
Birkins and Kellys, which are already black market prices, but STILL lower than most reputable resale shops overseas). Some
of the consigned pieces are even brand new and Never used! So keep watching for those great bargains!
We also accept consignment of popular designer shoes as long as they are BRAND NEW and never worn.
REFUND POLICY (based on authenticity): Our sellers are always asked to guarantee the authenticity of each item they consign,
so rest assured you are getting a genuine designer merchandise and not an A- rated replica. We have a ONE WEEK refund policy
for brands available in the Philippines, and a 30- day return policy for brands not carried by boutiques in the Philippines.
If the item you purchased within the allotted period was authenticated by the boutique and found counterfeit, our sellers
have guaranteed your money back. Any claims beyond the mentioned time frame however, will no longer be honored. Note though,
that each item sale is FINAL. If it's not an authenticity issue as reason for money back, sorry but we do not allow refunds.
So we strongly encourage our buyers to inspect their items thoroughly before purchasing.
